Map NSF Canonical Name

Tool maps canonical names to SMTP format as we migrate to Outlook. As Lotus Notes use canonical naming system that is components listed are separated by slashes such as common name, Organizational Unit, organization,country and Outlook use SMTP naming converntion(name@domain.com).
